The initial ₹999 booking amount is fully refundable if you cancel the project before we commence any design work, or if you review the initial design within 48 hours and decide it does not meet your expectations.
Once you approve the design and the final payment is made to launch the website on your domain, the payment is generally non-refundable, as the service has been fully rendered and intellectual property transferred.
To request a refund for your booking amount, please contact your designated Business Development Manager or reach out to us at contact@icrmsoftware.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
We do not offer refunds for any third-party services purchased on your behalf (such as specific premium plugins or domain names), provided you were informed of these costs beforehand.
