The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iCRMSoftware and its licensors. Upon full payment for a custom website, the specific design and content created for your business transfers to your ownership.
A booking fee is required to initiate the design process. The final payment is due only if you approve the design and wish to proceed with launching the website on your domain.
In no event shall iCRMSoftware, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
